Irina Egorova is highly competent in the area of specifics of operation of major gas and petroleum companies.

She has significant experience in defense of clients' interests in courts of commercial disputes including disputes involving the Federal Tax Service (appeals of decisions based on the results of field tax audits), the Federal Tariff Service (now — The Federal Antimonopoly Service (appeals of decisions on establishment of tariffs).

On numerous occasions she successfully defended her clients' interests in the highest judicial bodies of the Russian Federation, in particular at the Supreme Arbitrazh Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation (also, following the abolition of the Supreme Arbitrazh Court of the Russian Federation).

Irina Egorova possesses extensive experience in legal audit of the corporate government and control including identifying company’s (its subsidiary’s) risks.

Before joining Kazakov and Partners Attorneys at Law she used to work at the Federal Tax Service where she represented tax authorities in courts of commercial disputes in disputes involving such companies as: PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit, SUEK OJSC, Soyuz Bank, ROSSIYSKY CAPITAL PJSC, Gallaher Liggett-Ducat Company, OAO Tomskneft, OAO Kuibyshev Oil Refinery, McDonalds, etc.
