  3. Non-profit corporations (consumers' co-operatives, social organizations, associations, unions, associations of homeowners, etc.).

Accreditation of foreign representative and branch offices in the Russian Federation

  • Drawing up the drafts of all the required documents, providing consulting services in the process of issuing documents, translation and legalization of foreign documents in the Russian Federation. Compiling the set of documents for application and accreditation.
  • Representing the clients in the state accreditation institution (the Federal Tax Service of Russia, Interdistrict Inspectorate № 47, Moscow).
  • Representing the clients in the Pension Fund, Social Insurance Fund, and Federal State Statistics Service of the Russian Federation.
  • Opening bank accounts.
  • Representing the clients in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation regarding foreign employees of the representative/branch office.
  • Providing support during the whole period of activity of the accredited representative/branch office (entering changes into the State Register of representative and branch offices of foreign legal entities in the Russian Federation, etc.).
  • Closing down the representative/branch office.
