Dmitry Kazakov

Awards: The badge of honor «Honorable Attorney-at-law of the Moscow Region Chamber of Lawyers» .

Dmitry Kazakov graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University (BMSTU) and Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL).

He took part in proceedings at the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation as the applicants' representative in the following cases:

• Disputing the constitutionality of certain regulations (Judgement of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation No. 8-P dd of April 23, 2004);
• Disputing constitutionality of certain provisions of the articles of the Federal Law On Restructuring of Credit Institutions (Jud gement of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation No. 14-P dd of July 22, 2002);
• Disputing constitutionality of certain provisions of the articles of the Federal Law On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions (Jud gement of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation No. 10-P dd of July 03, 2001).

Dmitry Kazakov is the originator of the idea and the author of the series of articles «The Right to Capital Punishment» which has been translated into various languages and published in many countries including the People’s Republic of China. He is also the author of a volume «Land and Liberty» that describes the twists and turns of passing and consideration of the Russian Land Code in the Constitutional court of the Russian Federation. Dmitry Kazakov has written many works on Natural resources law and Data protection law.
