Alina Bratisheva has worked as an Attorney-at-law since 2005. She has over 15 years' experience in representation of clients in courts of general jurisdiction and courts of commercial disputes in different regions of the Russian Federation, Federal Courts of Commercial Disputes, Supreme Arbitrazh Court of the Russian Federation.

She holds the diploma of the Moscow Region Chamber of Lawyers for successful advocacy, devotion to professional duty and dedication to the Russian tradition of legal practice.

Alina Bratischeva represented major companies including Gazprom, OAO Mosenergo, OOO Gazprom Mezhregiongaz; OOO Peterburgregiongaz.

She took part in the court proceedings and provided legal support in course of the enforcement proceedings related to high-profile matters, particularly related to OOO AHK Azot on behalf of Gazprom. Scores of lawsuits were won on behalf of OAO Mosenergo, particularly in the Supreme Arbitrazh Court of the Russian Federation, thus creating stable court practice that made it possible to protect the rights and legitimate interests not only of Mosenergo, but also of other enterprises in the fuel and energy sector.
